How long will it take to get my gear? We know you want to start listening fast. For customers in the USA, our standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. We process orders within 1–2 business days.

Where do you ship from? We operate out of France but utilize international logistics partners to ensure fast delivery to the United States.

Will I get a tracking number? Absolutely. As soon as your order is packed and labeled, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
2. Returns & Refunds

What if I don't like the sound quality? We want you to be happy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. Please note that for hygiene reasons, in-ear headphones (earbuds) must be clean and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? If the item is defective, we cover it. If you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
