SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Overview At Zayvan, we are committed to delivering your premium audio equipment safely and on time. We partner with reliable global carriers to ensure your gear arrives ready to perform. Please review our shipping procedures below.

1. Service Areas We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • Note: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses due to the sensitive nature of electronic shipments.

2. Order Processing & Handling

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimates We offer the following shipping methods to the USA:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 Business Days.

    • Cost: Free on orders.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

  • You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the product immediately. Contact us at support@zayvan.shop within 48 hours so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it is still missing after 3 days, contact us, and we will assist you in opening an investigation.
