RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our "Sound Satisfaction" Guarantee We want you to love your Zayvan experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and free of scratches or signs of wear.

Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all accessories (charging cables, manuals, ear tips, cases) included.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order #) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

In-Ear Headphones (Earbuds): If the hygiene seal has been broken or the ear tips have been used.

Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final.
4. The Return Process

Initiate: Email our support team at support@zayvan.shop with your Order # and the reason for the return.

Approval: We will review your request within 24 hours. If approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.

Ship: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
5. Refunds (If Applicable) Once your return is received and inspected at our facility (typically within 3 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
6. Restocking Fee We generally do not charge a restocking fee. However, if an item is returned damaged, missing accessories, or without original packaging, a fee of up to 15% may be deducted from the refund.
